One of the Forgotten Coast’s favorite music events is back! Blast on the Bay Songwriters Festival returns October 15–18, 2026, bringing four days of live music, incredible songwriters, and unforgettable stories to Port St. Joe and surrounding communities.
What makes Blast on the Bay so special is the chance to experience music a little differently. More than 40 songwriters and artists from Nashville and beyond will perform in intimate venues throughout the area, giving audiences the opportunity to hear not only the songs, but also the stories and inspiration behind them. It’s an up-close, unplugged experience that brings the people who write the music right here to Florida’s Forgotten Coast.
Music All Along the Coast
Festival performances will take place at several local favorites, including Scallop RePUBlic, Indian Pass Raw Bar, Haughty Heron, Lookout Lounge, Ralphie’s, Taproot, and Hunts on St. Joe Bay, along with the festival celebration at George Core Park.
The 2026 festival features a growing lineup of talented performers, including award-winning songwriters, established artists, and rising talent. Guests can choose the songwriter rounds and venues they want to experience while enjoying everything that makes this area such a special place to visit.

Blast on the Bay is also a great reason to spend a few extra days exploring the Forgotten Coast. 2026 Ticket Options
Several ticket options are available, including General Admission for $35, VIP Admission for $125, and Super VIP for Two for $500. Depending on the ticket level, admission can include access to venue shows, the George Core Park party, the Indian Pass Raw Bar show, VIP seating and events, and additional festival merchandise.
