A Community Pulls Together after the strongest hurricane to ever hit the Panhandle.

What can you do to help?

I have received numerous phone calls and emails from people who love our area asking how they can help.  While there have been many organizations from across the Country working tirelessly and selflessly since Hurricane Michael hit, two that I have witnessed first hand are the South Gulf County Volunteer Fire Department and the St. Joe Bay Humane Society.  The SFCVFD has been open 24/7 providing everything from hot meals to hot showers!  The St. Joe Bay Humane Society literally had to move hundreds of animals to shelters across the State.  There has also been many “owner surrenders” of pets because some don’t have a home to keep their pet with them anymore.  Both of these organizations have gratefully received an abundance of supplies to support them and the Community.

If you are considering making a donation, please consider these organizations.  Donations can be made through their websites below.

I am in the office after cleaning up my own property and would be happy to help you in any way I can.  I’m available if you have questions, just want to talk or receive updates on our area.  I can also take pictures of your property or even meet an insurance adjuster.  Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help.

Everyone appreciates your thoughts and prayers.  Please keep them coming!  This is a strong community that will survive this and come back even stronger!

Gulf County Strong!
